From drift and error rates to the moments we get it wrong, we give experts and leaders the ability to decide with their eyes wide open.

The mark

Our logo is grown, not drawn.

Every dot in the CoA mark is placed by one rule. Each new dot turns 137.5 degrees from the one before it, the golden angle, and steps out from the center by the square root of its count. The mathematician Helmut Vogel published the rule in 1979 as the model of how a sunflower packs its seeds.

No two dots ever land on the same line. This pattern is seen across nature: sunflower heads, pinecones, daisies, and romanesco all grow this way.

That is who we are. CoA is a small team of multidisciplinary, senior practitioners, each owning a whole domain the way each dot owns its own space. We do not stack layers of people on a problem. The company grows the way the flower does: dot by dot, without crowding, creating value, beauty, and possibility until our vision is as inevitable as nature.
